LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT (LSSBB™)

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB™) certification focuses on testing students on their comprehensive understanding of the various Six Sigma tools and techniques in conjunction with Lean. The objective of the online course (complimentary with the certification exam) is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that helps students to function effectively as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in various Six Sigma projects. The tools and techniques cover both quantitative and non-quantitative analysis along with other necessary knowledge to improve the production process, minimize inefficiencies and increase ROI with a greater focus on the practical implementation of these tool and techniques in the organization.

Employees Six Sigma Green Belt Professionals who want to get comprehensive knowledge about Six Sigma and Lean methods and aspire to work as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in managing Six Sigma projects.and organizations requiring a standardized approach to problem solving for the purpose of continuous improvement in Quality Management.

How is exam format?

• Multiple Choice
• 125 questions per exam
• One mark awarded for every right answer
• No negative marks for wrong answers
• Duration of 180 minutes
• Online proctored exam

Prerequisites
Preferably Six Sigma Yellow Belt (SSYB™) certified, but not mandatory.

How to apply?

1. Fill out the Application Form and register for a training
2. Complete online trainings and apply for the exam
3. Schedule and take the 3 hour proctored exam
4. Upon successful completion of the exam get an online certificate and your name will be added to the SCRUMstudy™Certification Registry. You can add the certificate to your LinkedIn profile.

If you are unable to pass the exam, you can schedule again and take a maximum of two Free Exam Retakes.
